Job Description:
One of the leading energy and water companies in the Middle East and a key pillar of the UAE’s economic development, is looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join its Information Technology department in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading IT systems to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s digital infrastructure. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, firewalls, and security tools
- Troubleshoot system failures and bugs, and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for upgrades and repairs
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies
- Manage user access, permissions, and software licenses
- Document technical issues and resolutions
- Provide training and technical guidance to end-users
- Support IT project implementation and rollouts
Education & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cybersecurity
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) are a plus
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits: - Monthly salary: AED 7,000 – 15,000 depending on experience

- Basic Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 15,000 per month (USD 1,900 – USD 4,100), depending on experience and institution size.
- Visa Sponsorship: Provided by the employer for you and sometimes dependents.

- Healthcare: Medical insurance for employees, sometimes extending to dependents.

Processing Fees and Payment Plan (Adjusted in US Dollars): To secure your slot, the initial deposit is: 1500USD After your Work Permit has been released, you pay: 3000USD (For the balance of your work and Residence permit processing fees, your Visa processing fees. This also covers, Visa fees, Visa appointment booking, Police Clearance, Health Insurance and other documentation)
Processing timelines: Job offer contract, Accommodation Contract and Work permit will be processed together and finalized in an average of 1months.
